These Terms & Conditions govern your use of solbaji and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Access to solbaji is restricted to adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT are processed in real time. Withdrawals are handled promptly subject to completed identity verification and compliance with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through solbaji (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, request its closure by contacting our support team. Your continued use of the Platform at any time after the publication of an updated version of these Terms shall be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and solbaji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of solbaji is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any legal entity, third party, or syndicate.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of solbaji, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been granted by solbaji management.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by solbaji or any recognised responsible gambling organisation to which the Platform subscribes.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside at the time of any wager or transaction.
solbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our verification team may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending completion of verification.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full features of solbaji, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must register a member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on solbaji. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access or use your account, or use another member's account. solbaji will never solicit your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
You must notify the solbaji support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any security breach affecting your account. solbaji shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to comply with these security obligations.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, solbaji may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests or at any other stage of your membership. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of residential address issued within the past three months.
All verification documents submitted to solbaji are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents will not be shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
solbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to members in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash
- Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 network only)
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within your account's Finance / Wallet section.
4.2 Deposits
All deposits are credited to your solbaji account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds from your chosen payment provider. solbaji does not charge any fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which solbaji accepts no responsibility.
You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the solbaji finance team during operational hours. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 5 to 60 minutes of approval
- USDT (TRC-20): typically within 1 to 4 hours of approval, subject to network congestion
solbaji reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, resolution of any account investigation, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. In the event that a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your account balance and you will be notified with a reason.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on solbaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless you are transacting via USDT, in which case the equivalent BDT value at the time of deposit or withdrawal will be applied using the prevailing market exchange rate. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility and solbaji accepts no liability for any resulting gains or losses.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
solbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is specified on each promotion page.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- solbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and actively subject to wagering requirements.
- Free spins and free bet credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash independently of a completed wagering cycle.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged.
- solbaji reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or by a member who did not meet the eligibility criteria for that promotion.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on solbaji are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your wager details — including selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming. solbaji will not void or amend a bet on the grounds of user error after confirmation unless the Platform has published an incorrect price or market due to a technical or human error on our part.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or network interruption during a game or betting session, solbaji's system logs will be used as the authoritative record of all transactions. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to the Platform, the stake for that round will be refunded to your account balance. Winnings accumulated during a faulted session will be paid out in full where they can be verified from system records.
6.1 Casino Games
All casino games available on solbaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are sourced from internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. RNG certification and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other sports, are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or result under dispute, solbaji will apply its published settlement rules and the decision of the relevant governing body shall be final.
6.3 Live Betting
In-play (live) bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets with the addition that markets may be suspended at any time during live play at solbaji's discretion. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on solbaji. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of any balances held:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity
- Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to generate winnings that would not arise under normal gameplay conditions
- Systematically claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements (bonus abuse)
- Using the Platform to launder money or to process proceeds of any illegal activity
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or assisting others to do so
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour directed at solbaji staff or other members
solbaji actively monitors for all forms of prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected, solbaji reserves the right to void all associated bets and transactions, close affected accounts, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by Member
You may request the closure of your solbaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within one (1) business day. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by solbaji
solbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
- Determination that the member does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the member or a third-party responsible gambling organisation
- Requirements of applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. solbaji may notify you of dormant account status via your registered email address. If no activity is recorded within thirty (30) days of such notification, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from any remaining balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Accounts with a zero balance will be permanently closed after a further sixty (60) days of inactivity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content published on solbaji, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of solbaji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without solbaji's prior written consent
- Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform
- Use the solbaji brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or digital platform
Any unauthorised use of Platform content will immediately terminate the licence granted above and may give rise to legal action for infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, solbaji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
solbaji's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
solbaji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by solbaji is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
solbaji employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All payment card and mobile wallet transaction data is handled in accordance with applicable data security standards.
We may be required to disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or other competent authorities in response to a lawful request, court order, or applicable legal obligation. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law and, where permissible, you will be informed of such a disclosure.

12. Amendments & Governing Law
12.1 Amendments
solbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by applicable law — no prior notice may be given.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at /terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
